Working in direct support of the CEO’s office, Matimba’s role is far more than operational — it’s strategic. His responsibilities are central to the rhythm and direction of Vutomi Energy’s growth.

Matimba is responsible for coordinating divisional inputs into both the Corporate Strategic Plan and the Annual Performance Plan, ensuring the organisation stays aligned across all departments. He leads the charge in the compilation, implementation, and monitoring of our quarterly and annual operational business plans, turning our vision into measurable, trackable action.

His attention to detail is equally vital in managing administrative operations and workflow — from composing reports, business correspondence, and presentations, to crafting internal guidelines and communications that ensure clarity and cohesion across the Group.

What truly elevates Matimba’s impact is the strength of his background. With a diploma in civil engineering, he brings technical fluency and problem-solving expertise to our infrastructure projects. This, combined with his experience in property management and development, equips him with a sharp understanding of asset value, portfolio oversight, and long-term operational planning.
