Meet Christél van Niekerk: Secretary and Board Member of Vutomi Energy

We are proud to introduce Christél van Niekerk, a dedicated legal professional and company secretary whose values and expertise align seamlessly with Vutomi Energy’s mission.

Christél is a devout Christian. She has over 8 years’ experience in the legal field with a specific focus on commercial law. Christél has experience in fulfilling company secretarial duties and has been involved in the import-and export sector, specifically assisting companies with dealings in China in a legal advisory and company secretarial consulting role.

Christél holds a B.Com in Law obtained in 2014, and a LLB obtained in 2016, at the University of North West, Potchefstroom. She is currently in pursuance of her company secretarial qualification at the CGISA, which she aims to complete at the end of 2025.

Her belief in horizontal leadership fosters mutual respect, open communication, and a collaborative atmosphere, which she views as essential for driving innovation in the energy sector.

Christél’s dedication to Vutomi Energy stems from her belief that the company exists not just to produce energy but to make people’s lives better by addressing the global energy crisis with unique and compassionate solutions.
