She has held notable roles, including Acting Regional Court Magistrate, Acting Judge, and Regional Vice President for the International Federation of Women Lawyers.

Her achievements also include serving as President of the South African Women Lawyers Association and as a board leader in various government institutions. Her educational background—featuring a B. Proc, LLB, and corporate governance certifications—equips her to ensure Vutomi operates with integrity and legal compliance. Nomaswazi’s commitment to empowering others extends beyond the boardroom, as she actively mentors young women lawyers, nurturing the next generation of leaders.
